About Tiko
Tiko is the go-to platform for verified sexual and reproductive health (SRH) impact in sub-Saharan Africa.
Tiko leverages existing, community-based service providers to give young people access to high-quality health services and products, at no cost to them. Tiko’s platform connects and supports fragmented, last mile health systems, removing barriers to care and giving young people agency over their sexual and reproductive health choices.
We use technology to power our platform, capturing impact data in real-time while facilitating accurate monitoring and optimal programme delivery.

The world’s first Development Impact Bond for adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health
Implemented in Kenya, the ASRH Development Impact Bond (DIB) is a partnership between Tiko, the UN in Kenya, Government of Kenya, the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation and the Bridges Outcomes Partnership.
The DIB is an innovative approach to financing impact which links payments directly to the achievement of outcomes. The approach motivates desired behaviours, while providing flexibility in programme design and service delivery.
